RESERVATIONS POLICY

• All lodging is non-smoking. If smoke is recognized in a room at any time, the occupant’s credit card will be charged a $150.00 fee.  You may, however, smoke outside on the deck. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• NO PETS allowed in rooms!  Outside kennels are allowed.  If an animal is seen or heard in your room, there will be a charge of $50 per night to your credit card.
• All rooms will be entered at least once a day for towel replacement and other housekeeping activities.
• The monetary value of any damaged or stolen items will be charged to occupant’s credit card.
• There will be a $10.00 charge for lost or unreturned room keys. Keys should be turned in at check-out.
• No fish or wild game cleaning or dressing allowed in a room or on the patio.
• All dirty off-road/ATV gear shall remain outside the room. (i.e. dirty boots, pads, etc.).
• UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should a vehicle or ATV be pulled on to the front lawn.
• A valid credit card is required to lease a room. Any damages will be charged to the card on file.
• All reservations are subject to availability.
• Customers must be 18 years or older to reserve/rent room(s). Anyone under the age of 18 will require an adult presence.
• Check-out time for all rooms is 11:00 AM: Check-in by 3 PM.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM and last until 6:00 AM.
• Park in designated parking areas only.
• Please put all soiled linens on the table outside your patio door daily for pick up and replacement.
• When checking out of your room, please be sure to wash all dirty dishes and put them away.  If there are dirty dishes left, your credit card will be charged $50.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of reservation cancellation is required seven days before the reservation date, or credit card will be charged the full amount of reserved time.
